Vem är du?

Du är utbildad elektriker och det är meriterande om du är auktoriserad elinstallatör. Du har flera års yrkeserfarenhet från industribranschen och vi tror att du idag jobbar som industri- eller automationselektriker. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med nyinstallation utifrån ritningsunderlag och felsökning i komplexa system. Det är även meriterande med erfarenhet av maskintillverkning. Du är van att jobba både ensam och i grupp och har ibland varit den ledande montören.

Som Produktionstekniker på Graniten kommer du att ingå i vår dagliga verksamhet, vilket bland annat innebär att montera våra produkter och hjälpa projektteamet att slutföra beställningar i tid.

Våra kunder är såväl läkemedelsföretag som sjukhus, så det är viktigt att våra produkter är korrekta och väl sammansatta, både vad gäller design, montering och dokumentation mm.

Ambitionen vi har för dig är att du växer professionellt tillsammans med oss. Vi vill att våra medarbetare aktivt deltar i morgonmöten, kvalitetssäkring, testning och validering. Våra produktionstekniker har en viktig roll när det gäller kvalitet och för att stärka vårt varumärke.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Beroende på vilka projekt du är involverad i kan arbetsuppgifterna variera. Generellt sett kan du räkna med en vardag där ditt huvudsakliga arbete är att vara en aktiv och styrande part i monteringsprocessen av våra produkter. Detta inkluderar att samla ihop alla delar som kan vara upp till 9000 (!) men också utföra justeringar (t.ex. borrning, gängning, fräsning och svetsning) av detaljer. I tjänsten ingår även montering samt att fungera som ett stöd i test- och valideringsprocessen, och förbereda och lasta produkten för leverans.

Vem är du?

Har ingenjörsutbildning på gymnasienivå (Teknisk gymnasium 4 år) eller yrkesutbildningar inom produktionsteknik eller maskinteknik eller liknande.
Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i produktions-/verkstadsmiljö och tillhörande erfarenhet av produktionsprocesser.
Har goda kunskaper från CAD och att läsa ritningar.
Du kan ha en bakgrund inom installation eller service av automatiserade maskiner (robotcell eller liknande).
God IT-kunskap och van att lära dig nya system.

In your day-to-day work

As a logistical co-ordinator you are responsible for for the flow of the incoming goods in our workshop. This includes replenishment of goods, stocking of goods, inventory and a correct administration of goods. You will also handle and administrate quality deviations and repurchase/ reclamation of goods back to the supplier. 

You plan and perform the material flow so that the ordered material reaches the correct destination in the workshop on time in close co-operation with the product technicians and the projectleaders. We are just building up our logistical process and all the routines that comes with it so we want all your input and thoughts in how to make the process as good as possible.

About the job

As a Production Technician at Graniten, you will be part of our daily operations, which means, among other things, assembling our products and helping the project team to complete orders on time. Tasks

About the role ’Talent Management and Marketing Specialist’

This is a role for someone with passion for people and communication.

There is a need of a dual skillset since you need both HR and Marketing insight. The role will be responsible for the daily operational workflow and help us to continue develop Graniten's Talent Management and Marketing departments to secure our position in recruiting and brand awareness.

Tasks

We are looking for an individual with varied mechanical, controls and automation experience.

Potentially you want to take the next step in your careeer. In this role you will be leading and executing the work in a development project team. The team size variates and consists usually of System engineer, Design lead engineer and Automation lead engineer at minimum. You will be responsible for making sure that all requirements are fulfilled for our projects and be a technical expert to support our sales team in client dialogs. You will work close with the design lead engineer and the automation lead engineer to make sure that the quality is according to customer expectations and Graniten’s best practice.

You will need to be comfortable with the ownership of Graniten’s core technology and its quality. You need to have a good understanding of technology and processes for efficient product development. Your background is from product development that includes software (PLC, HMI, Robotics etc) and mechatronics on a system level. You are used to work with international customers and work closely with internal stack holders and external partners and suppliers. We are in the forefront of automation technology development where we drive and deliver future solutions for our customers and therefore it is important that you are up to date with current standards and upcoming technology and trends. As we work with suppliers that can supply us with latest innovations within PLC, robotics and HMI programming, it is important that you have a broad experience of several of these competences and know how interaction is made possible in the most efficient way. Electrical design engineer
We are looking for an individual with experience in industrial electrical design for controls and automation.

In this role you will be executing the electrical design work in our project teams. You will work close together with the System engineer and the Automation lead engineer to deliver projects according to specifications and with correct quality. The role will have the responsibility to develop and maintain current methods of electrical design development at Graniten. The main tool for developing is e-plan electric P8.


Background and Skills
To be successful in this role, we want you to have a clear drive and experience of product development. You need to have a good understanding of technology and processes for efficient product development. Your background is from product development that includes electrical design of automation and controls projects and have experience with electrical schematics, control panel design, and cable dimensioning. You have also broad knowledge within automation components, such as PLCs, servo motor, sensors etc. We are in the forefront of PLC, robotics and HMI programming and are using Beckhoff, ABB and COPA data as some of our system suppliers. Sensors, servo motors and pneumatics are used to perform functions. It is therefore meritorious if you have experience working with one or several of these technical areas and incorporated them in electrical schematics.

Design lead engineer
We are looking for an individual with Mechanical design experience.

Potentially you want to take the next step in your career. In this role you will be planning, leading and executing the work in a small mechanical design project team. The team can variate from only yourself up to 4 team members. You will be responsible for the group’s deliverables towards the project in terms of quality and timing. You and your team will be responsible for our products functionality where you will work close together with the System engineer and the Automation lead engineer to deliver projects according to specifications and with correct quality.

You will need to be comfortable with the ownership of your team’s technology and the performed quality. You need to have a good understanding of technology and processes for efficient product development. Your background is from product development that includes structural analysis, tolerance stacks, 3D and 2D development including drawings. We work with both steel, aluminum, plastics including welding, heat treatment, machining and surface treatments needed for our products. You are used to work with international customers and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers. We are in the forefront automation technology and it is important that you understand reference system on our components to secure a quality ensured manufacturing and build of our Products. Some of the tools we are using are Creo and Solid Works and Windchill and PDMLink It is therefore meritorious if you have experience in one or several of these technical areas.

Automation and Control Systems Group Manager

We are looking for an individual with varied control system and automation experience and proven leadership and management to lead and grow our control and automation practice.

Our ideal candidate will fill the position of Group Manager in our Controls and Automation Group. This position is for a “working manager” that will spend time performing project work combined with management time to lead, grow and drive the group forward. - Responsible for resource allocation of Controls and Automation in projects and follow-up that the right processes and methods are used in development.
- Lead and provide systems integration services for project applications including system definition, conceptual design through actual programming and code development on COTS platforms such as PLCs, Robotics, DCSs, HMIs and SCADA.
- Working directly with product development and client projects such as: - System assessment, feasibility studies and master plans.

- Responsible for Graniten's partnerships with universities and other competence institutes to ensure knowledge and access to competence within the controls and automation function.

Strategic Buyer and Commodity Manager

We are looking for a person who would like to take on the opportunity to drive and build up our purchasing and sourcing operations.

The purchasing function is a key role for Granitens future growth and you will be working in a cross functional team with sales, development, production and quality, supporting our development projects and production. This position is for a “working manager” that will spend time performing sourcing and purchasing, i.e you will both place purchase orders, follow up as well as manage the long term performance of the supply base. You will develop strategies for the function with the potential to build a team with direct reports. This position comes with the opportunity for a leadership role in the company reporting directly to our Manager for Production, Purchasing and Quality.

Responsibilities 

As a Strategic Buyer and Commodity Manager your key responsibilities will be; 1) to lead sourcing activities within all our core categories and manage strategic suppliers to drive spend management 2) secure the purchases for our development projects and production to ensure that right material is on right time. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing activities as well as operational purchasing. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement with suppliers and reduce cost. You will also liaise with key stakeholders and ensure that the right collaboration and level of communication works both internally and externally.

Your assignment also includes:

- Lead local sourcing negotiations – aligned with strategic plan – in collaboration with other internal functions
- Lead and participate in local supplier discussions and manage the business relationships with relevant suppliers
- Execute purchases to development projects and production
- Give input to and participate in major global supplier discussions
- Identify inefficiencies in relevant processes and define targets for improving the inefficiencies together with relevant functions.
- Measure, follow up and continuously improve overall compliance and supplier performance
- Benchmark activities and analysis of market trends
- Develop the supply base into performing, competitive partners
